Delivery Information
All orders will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of the order when it is fully processed to indicate you of approximate lead time for the order and when to expect delivery.
Orders will be honoured by your nearest local distributor as a point of contact for follow up and for Warranty registration. For any latest offers and prices, speak to your local distributor before ordering which can be found here.
All deliveries will be sent via a large pallet courier and can take 3-7 days depending on location. You will receive a notification once the delivery has left our premises with an approximate delivery time.
During our busiest periods, order to delivery can take up to 4 weeks. If you require an accurate timescale please contact us via our online chat, email or call us prior to order.

I’ve owned my Chapman RM150 for nearly 2 years and it’s a really well-built mower. I had one issue where I attached the power cable to my quad bike and when I turned a corner it pulled off and ran over it. That was on my very first go. Zaros immediately sent a replacement cable which was easy to fit, and I’ve had no trouble since, but I now attach the power cable to the mower rather than the bike. The mower is very heavy and difficult to move around when it’s not hitched to the quad bike, but the cut is superb and the easy-start motor always starts first pull. Highly recommended this mower and Zaros.

The RM120 has had a lot of use topping pasture behind my quad and copes with the rushes, and has also been used to clear brambles in our wood, which it did equally well. The mower has been reliable, always starts first pull, and the fuel economy is good. Overall, I’d recommend the RM120.

The RM150 has been great and I’ve recommended it already to a few people. I have some trouble with cold starts but I’m making some adjustments to see if that resolves the issue. I would rate it a 4 only because of those issues and the price point, but it’s a very positive 4/5.

It’s been performing grand but I do think it would be best to have the electric start as standard. Also wonder if rear guard might have a quick release bolt so you don’t have to hunt for spanner when needing to adjust.
