All orders will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of the order when it is fully processed to indicate you of approximate lead time for the order and when to expect delivery.
Orders will be honoured by your nearest local distributor as a point of contact for follow up and for Warranty registration. For any latest offers and prices, speak to your local distributor before ordering which can be found here.
All deliveries will be sent via a large pallet courier and can take 3-7 days depending on location. You will receive a notification once the delivery has left our premises with an approximate delivery time.
During our busiest periods, order to delivery can take up to 4 weeks. If you require an accurate timescale please contact us via our online chat, email or call us prior to order.

What a fantastic machine! I spent a very long time researching flail mowers and wanted to make sure I purchased the most suitable one for my needs and was built to last, so clearly avoiding a cheap Chinese or Eastern European machine. The FM120 is incredible and the build quality outstanding. The thickness of the steel used is very impressive. More than enough horsepower also from the Honda V-twin and much quieter than I was expecting. I have 4 large fields, 2 of which are quite hilly (Mid-West Wales), so I have a 4WD quad, and it cuts these in a quarter of the time it used to on my old ride-on brush cutter mower. Seems to be quite good on fuel consumption too. I should have bought one of these years ago, but you live and learn… I’d recommend buying one of these instead of a compact tractor/ride-on mower too. It mulches tall grass and rushes with ease, which my old ride-on would struggle with, despite being designed to cope with. Very happy with my purchase! Oh, and probably most importantly, the wife was impressed too 😉

I have used a Chapman FM120 flail mower since I purchased it new in 2014 and it’s been an excellent, reliable and efficient mower for my horse paddock, regularly used every year and following the first cut after the winter dealing with new growth of docks, thistles, nettles and coarse grass etc. It’s very easy to set up and use behind my quad bike with a 50mm ball hitch. The heavy duty British design and manufacturing cannot be faulted as I have had no issues over the years and the Honda electric start engine is as powerful as the day I bought it and starts first time, every time. I’ve just bought a replacement set of flail drive belts (a matched pair, replaced as just stretched with normal use and age) and again, the usual engine servicing parts and am pleasantly surprised and pleased at the competitive prices and the friendly, responsive and comprehensive after-sales service is second to none! Same day replies and shipment overnight!
I’ve seen a number of cheaper imports appear and disappear over the years at various Agri shows (and I did a comparison in 2014 before I purchased the FM) and I have still not seen any mower to compare to the Chapman especially for frame strength, features, quality of components and the build quality excels. In short, as is always the case when it comes to value for money, you get what you pay for. Well done and proud to support British manufacturing!

Haven’t used it a lot since purchase which is why I have given it 4 out of 5. Cuts very well with a 12hp tractor even though the recommended is 14hp.

I can’t fault the machine for build quality and strength – it powered through the highest of rushes and left the paddock spotless. When coming over a big clump of rush all you have to do is slow down and give it a chance and it mulches right through it. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone and the extra money spent compared with the other brands is more than worth it for a quality machine.
